All shipments will go out by Fedex, UPS and DHL. 
We offer DDP for deliveries to US, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Luxembourg, Denmark, Belgium, Poland, Austria, Estonia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Finland, Greece, Sweden, Lithuania, Portugal, Bulgaria, Latvia, Ireland, Croatia etc. 
For countries outside of DDP, if you have any requests for shipping, duty declarations or customs documentation or courier requests documentation, please let me know. 
Please note: You are solely responsible for paying any outstanding taxes and duties based on your country's laws and customs regulations. 
If the item is returned to the sender, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges.

All orders will be shipped in the order received. Once we confirm receipt and verification of full payment, we will ship via Fedex, USP or DHL as soon as possible. In-stock machines ship within 1-3 business days, pre-orders are usually based on factory ship time and may be delayed if the manufacturer delays release/shipment. 
Shipping to the US usually takes about 3-5 business days, shipping to other countries usually takes about 7-15 business days. 
We will pay customs duties for customers in countries that support our DDP services. Countries/regions that do not support DDP services may require customers to clear customs and pay duties. 
If customs requires documentation, please notify us immediately as improper submission may result in higher fees and/or delays. All sales are final and non-refundable under any terms.
